Occurring shortly after Russia's presidential elections, this will be a major forum for dialogue among top officials, policy makers, regulators and business leaders from Russia, developed markets and BRIC nations. International speakers will include some of the most influential voices on corporate governance and globalization issues — former Senator Paul Sarbanes and Representative Michael Oxley; Jean Lemierre, president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; Sir David Tweedie, chairman of the International Accounting Standards Board; and Robert Herz, chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
The conference will address the rise of BRIC countries and other new economies as global players and the standards required to build trust and facilitate the globalization of capital flows among emerging and developed markets and companies.
